Present plans call for an all-family BBQ (hotdogs/hamburgers and drinks) with potluck sides and desserts to be arranged.

The cooks for our BBQ include Leland Liddicoat, Terra Roberts King (a cordon bleu chef)
and her husband, Jeremy an experienced caterer and bartender.

Each family is asked to contribute approximately $10-15 to help defray
the costs of the park rental, food, mailing, etc.

Each family will need to provide folding lawn chairs for relaxing and visiting;
covered eating tables with benches for the meal and a softball diamond and
a play field for our private use have been reserved.

Also available are an adjacent children's playground and Frisbee disc golf course.

Robin Roberts will act as Master of Ceremonies.

Leland and Earline Liddicoat are in charge of the food, co-planners and organizers of the reunion
and will provide the generator for electricity for sound and display.

Sue (Liddicoat) Thompson will be planning games for the children and providing "Cornwall" cookies.

Carolyn Beron (professional caterer) will provide chocolate chip cookies.

Marjorie Sylvester and Maureen Matousek are providing all the paper supplies.

Marjorie Sylvester, Maureen Matousek, & Carolyn Beron are supervising the food service.

Evelyn Morris and family are supervising the dessert table.

Donna Christen and family are supervising the drink table.
Drinks available are: Sodas (diet, caffeine-free and regular Pepsi products), Iced Tea, lemonade, and water (no alcohol allowed).

It has been confirmed that the reunion is so popular that Elvis will come out of hiding in Boise, Idaho to attend!
(It is rumored that Elvis is a "kissin' cousin" of a Liddicoat--and mountain folk stick pretty close together.
Elvis will be transported to the reunion by cousin James McDonell; in order to stay out of sight, the King no longer obtains a drivers license.)

Traffic control and security will be handled by Roger Thompson (CDF) and Randy Thompson (CHP);
medical services will be provided by Barbara Stevens (LVN), Tom Stevens (RN), Carol Liddicoat (RSVP), Shawn Esser (LVN) and Greg Liddicoat (EMT).

Please contact Maureen Roberts with some indication of your interest and how many family members might attend.

The Reunion begins at 11:00 AM; Lunch is at 1:00 PM (see schedule).

Tamara Roberts and Rachel Galluzi will handle the registration desk.

Shawn Esser and Erin Pratt (former Olin Mills photographer) will take family group photos.

Joe and Robin Roberts will handle the reunion group photo.

Robin and Brett Roberts will take care of technical and audio-visual services.
